Stress Takes Control

Stress is widespread and can take responsibility for causing more havoc than  we are aware of.  Stress is directly linked to weight loss or gain.  When under physical or psychological stress,  the  normal naturally healthy body chemistry can be thrown into a panic causing the hormone cortisol to grasp and hold calories causing weight gain.  The body chemistry
changes encouraging the body to store fats and most often will deposit them in the midsection or abdominal area which can be extremely dangerous if ignored.  This is linked to  problems with diabetes, heart issues, and stroke.

Finding ways to reduce stress, increase activity levels, and  proper
nutrition intake can often help to reclaim and increase health results.

Family history can play a role in weight management but science has discovered a great deal more to assist in the battle in an attempt to help counteract  the inherited metabolism.
